Join us in shaping the future together. As a Manufacturing Operator/Skilled Manufacturing Operator in our TDM Assembly & Test department in Horten, you will be involved in producing and testing high-quality products for Kongsberg Discovery.

Key accountabilities
- Electromechanical assembly, soldering, bonding, and inspection
- Planning and completing assigned tasks
- Contributing to the company's health, safety, and environmental efforts and supporting your team
Qualifications and experience
- Experience in production, assembly, testing, repair, service, or similar fields
- Experience in precision work is advantageous
- Vocational certificate in electronic production, goldsmithing, watchmaking, or similar fields is beneficial, and a must have as a Skilled Manufacturing Operator
- Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and oral
- Ability to focus on tasks and perform repetitive work while being open to new training on other products
This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
