Job purpose
The Warehouse Coordinator/Driver will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods, as well as driving company vehicles to transport goods to and from the warehouse. The successful candidate will be a reliable and skilled driver, as well as an organized and detail-oriented warehouse employee.
Duties and responsibilities
· Receive and unload incoming shipments of goods and materials.
· Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
· Load and wrap stock on pallets.
· Inspect inventory for damage and faults and communicate errors to relevant parties.
· Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
· Prepare and label outgoing shipments for transport
· Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
· Create packing lists to share with related departments.
· Store incoming goods and materials in designated locations within the warehouse.
· Provides quality service by following organization standards.
· Conduct frequent partial physical audits to verify accuracy of computer records.
· Load outgoing shipments onto company vehicles, pick and pack outgoing orders accurately and efficiently.
· Create packing lists to share with related departments.
· Operate forklift and electric pallet jack
· Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory levels.
· Drive company vehicles to transport goods to and from the warehouse and other locations as needed.
· Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications
Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Forklift Certification is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
· Well versed with basic computer systems, inventory software, and systems.
· Ability to lift and move heavy objects
· Valid Driver’s License B is a must
· Good organizational and time-management skills
Experience:
· 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: €1,600.00 - €1,800.00 per month
