The role of Supply Planner is to manage the balancing of supply and demand of the markets, securing the highest service level as required, as well as meeting our customers’ needs. Re-order point planning for international market Distribution centers is a critical task, as well as E2E execution follow-up and engage in allocation strategy.
You will be part of the supply planning team of 7 people (located in different countries around the world) within the IGTD Planning organization. This is part of our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization aiming to serve our customers better by enhancing collaboration across different functions.
In Your role you will be:
Driving a successful allocation planning process, that requires efficient communication with marketing, sales, and global planning teams, to secure that the product in the distribution center and through the pipeline is in the right quantity at the right time.
Maintaining the key reports that would secure the decision-making process, as well as support the communication and visibility to the stakeholders (on-hand inventory, in-transit inventory, replenishment orders gaps, open sales orders).
Leading the replenishment process between the factories and international markets distribution centers, with an effective execution through SAP, with the ideal parameters’ definition.
Driving effective product availability communication, with the support of global planning teams.
Monitoring and supporting inbound/outbound processes within distribution centers, as part of the assurance of the supply cycle, which will generate an immediate impact on our customers.
Creating and maintaining a monthly supply plan/shipment plan as a key signal for the manufacturing sites that would secure the correct builds of our solutions to the customers.
You're the right fit if:
You have a bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics with at least 2 years of working experience in a technical environment (required).
You have proven experience in SAP (PP/MM).
You are analytical and precise (required).
You are a good communicator with good stakeholder management skills (required).
Experience with engineering change management and configuration management is preferred.
You have the following behavior and character: customer-focused, team player, pro-active, make-it-happen attitude, flexible, persistent, empathic, and able to build bridges.
You are fluent in English C1 - (required).
You can communicate locally in Belgium (Dutch, OR French, OR German) - (required).
