We are searching for a Technical Recruiter to help our business achieve the quick growth and market development plans. You will be responsible for the best Talents to develop our product.

KEY EXPECTATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines;
  • Knowledge of current recruitment practices, including social media recruiting and other digital platforms;
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technology (we are working with Breezy HR);
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to identify new sourcing channels and recruitment strategies;
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team;
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

CANDIDATE COMPETENCIES:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for technical roles;
  • Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent;
  • Help in building and monitor, evaluate recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement;
  • Participate in building of recruitment processes;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and requirements;
  • Partner with HR, COO to ensure compliance with Company's policies;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job data in the ATS;
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to other members of the recruitment team, to hiring managers in regard to interviewing process;
  • English language B2, Ukrainian language B2.
