Title: Command Center Team Member
Location: Remote/Hybrid (local MN)
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Job Description:
Seeking a Command Center Team Member for a 6 month contract to support the global deployment of a new access control system. The team member will report to the Command Center Team Leader and be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of this deployment effort, including reviewing customer survey data, scheduling coordination, project tracking and quality assurance. The role will involve performing customer outreach, managing installation partners, coordinating parts inventory and replenishment, and performing technical support and customer satisfaction calls. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and organizational skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)
- Perform review of customer submitted survey data to prepare for pending hardware upgrades. Survey review includes identifying installation factors and parts needed for a successful upgrade.
- Update master project tracker/database with findings during review process
- Manage deployment efforts for assigned customer locations
- Perform customer outreach prior to scheduled installation, confirming installation date, visit details, and answering customer questions
- Call and coordinate deployment schedules with installation partners
- Manage installation partners daily activities through check-in/out process
- Facilitate and manage parts inventory for installation partners
- Coordinate parts replenishment between warehouse and installation partners
- Facilitate additional service requests and quoting process when customers wish to have installation partner perform additional work while on site
- Facilitate technical support requests between installation partners and technical support teams
- Perform quality assurance and customer satisfaction calls for completed upgrade locations
- Complete and close out deployment updates in master project tracker/database

Job Type: Contract
Salary: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
